Man charged after allegedly glassing woman in the head at Sydney nightclub
A man has been charged after allegedly glassing a woman in the head at a Sydney nightclub earlier this month.
A 27-year-old woman went to Surry Hills Police Station about 3am on March 13 to report an incident at a nightclub that left her with a serious head injury.
The woman told police she was sitting down at a nightclub on Lime Street, Sydney, about 9.30pm on March 12 when she was hit in the head by a glass.
Police began investigating the incident and asked the public for information.
A 20-year-old man went to Day Street Police Station yesterday afternoon where he was arrested and charged with reckless wounding.
The man was granted conditional bail and will appear before Downing Centre Local Court in April.
